职位描述：
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Research and identify new business opportunities
？ Acquire new customers and new projects
？ Understand customer requirements and needs and promote the company’s products and solutions
？ Collaborate with Application Engineering Team and Global Key Account Team to work out proper technical solutions
？ Conduct negotiations to close deals
？ Key account management
？ Establish personal business relations to all levels of customers, especially to the decision makers and KOL (key opinion leader)
？ Project Management
？ Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product developments
？ Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments
？ Regular sales reports to the GM/Head of EP Asia
Qualification & Skills
？ university degree in Mechanical Engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics etc. or business administration with equivalent engineering training or experiences.
？ 3-5 years working experience in medical industry. Owners of relationships in the medical industry are highly preferred
？ experiences in sealing solutions is a plus, especially sealing solutions made of high performance plastics
？ effective presentation skills and strong customer orientation skills
？ good command in spoken and written English
？ Independent and self motivated, confident and reliable
？ proficient with Microsoft Office applications 举报 分享
