职位描述：
Job Objective
This position is responsible for import and export, the bonded handbook, domestic shipment and warehouse account.
负责企业进出口业务，保税手册，国内运输管理。

Job Responsibilities
Handles all the import/export processing of Omega’s shipment and works closely with China Custom Authorities in all custom compliance initiatives;
负责日常进出口报关的文件资料准备，和货代的交接，并与海关商检等政府进出口部门协调日常事务性的工作；
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (shown below but not limited to the following)Coordinate with freight forwarders on import/export documentation and product classification;
负责与货代公司协调，准备相应的进出口报关资料和产品认证；
Handling daily customs clearance work during import and export process for Omega products and other products, including checking shipping documents, categorizing HS code, making paperwork, organizing customs declaration with brokers, etc.;
负责处理日常进出口工作包括但不限于货物运输状态确认，HS归类，产品资料和文件准备，报关过程中与报关公司的实时协调；
Process application of Certifications (e.g 3C/.Energy/Non-hazardous Certificate) required by the Customs, CIQ /COO and other government authorities;
负责根据产品特性和海关商检要求办理额外证件如CIQ/COO等；
Coordinate and maintain good relationship with brokers, forwarders, Customs and CIQ to ensure smooth handling of customs and resolve any issues in a timely manner;
负责与货代报关行等保持日常紧密协作，确保公司进出口业务的及时有效畅通；
Work closely with internal functions including warehouse, finance and sales engineers to ensure all working processes go well;
与其他部门如财务，销售，仓库等的沟通与合作；
Bonded handbook apply, control, verification and management;
负责保税手册的申请，维护和核销工作；

Job Requirements
教育背景：Bachelor degree
工作经验：Minimum 2 years I/E working experience in manufacturing industry
语言能力：Good English skills, have certain writing ability and oral English ability
电脑操作能力：Familiar with office skills
