Position: Building Physics consultant
建筑物理分析顾问
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information independently
独立整理，分析项目数据
- Perform building physics including energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor
使用分析软件，参与并完成相关建筑物理分析工作，如建筑能耗分析，采光分析
- Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report
根据分析结果提出改进建议，和项目团队沟通落实，参与优化设计，完成相关成果报告
- Research on relative latest technologies and news
调研，收集，整理市场最新技术信息与新闻
Requirements:
- MEP design or building physics or similar field with 1+ years of professional experience
有一年以上设计院或公司的建筑物理分析工作经验
- Bachelor and above, master is a plus.
暖通、建筑技术、建筑设备、建筑物理等相关专业正规院校本科及以上学历；
- Fast learner
具有快速学习能力和扎实的专业基础知识
- Experience with design and simulation tools such as Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.
了解建筑机电工程，能看懂建筑图纸；了解建筑物理分析，并具有相关模拟分析软件，如eQuest，IES等使用经验者优先
- Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills. Fluent speaking and writing English
认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力；熟练使用各种通用办公软件；流利的英语读写和沟通能力
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
有志于从事绿色建筑事业
- Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.
熟悉相关绿色建筑相关规范、节能技术及相关原理者优先；
