With the dramatic rise of student enrollments, there is an increasing demand of student services and follow up work to swell. The local admission office is recruiting a student service supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Student visa processing
? Guide and assist customers collect, sort out the US and UK visa materials needed; sort out Visa documents, audit the translation of files, ensure the documentation and proofreading of all materials (student visa); prepare students for visa interviews through mock interviews
? When necessary, accompany the applicant to send visa application documents and take back the passport with signed visa, and help manage the visa archives as well as maintain the database of visa information system
? Keep informed of the latest visa info accurately and Keep up to date with current visa and government regulations from each embassy in a timely manner
? Collaborate with the sales team in terms of customer communication, and complete the following processing of the visa

Enrolled Student follow-up and services
? Collect and upload student follow-up documents
? Recover tuition fee and maintain online registration system
? Cooperate with sales team to solve the various problems from students and their parents, communicate with the school counselor in a timely manner, maintain good customer service
? Help the sales team with basic marketing work, such as maintenance of the database

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree, five years’ customer service experience, at least two years’ experience with visa documentation
? CET 6 or above, independent CN-EN translation and proofreading of various visa documents and files, daily communication in English (Spoken and Written)
? Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, such as word、excel, etc
? Integrity and frankness, good communication skills, able to overtime during peak season and work under pressure
? Strong commitment to the customers, patience and attention to details, long-term relations with students and their parents
? Strong responsibility with initiative and team work spirit
? Cheerful personality, enthusiasm, diligence, a perfect management of task and time
