TCM Supervisor - Laundry (SS/CVS)
Input to whole IBP process and develop Trade Category Toolkit- by category / by channel
· Analysis market dynamics and development category opportunities
· Routine business review to identify business growth spot
· Propose channel audit and analysis I&O
· Input to BMP/NCBP from CD perspective
· Develop shopper centric Trade Category Toolkit
· Integrate TCT with perfect store platform
· Join IBP session and share category drivers with customers
Category management project
· Deliver category management project in customer to grow category with customer
· Communicate with customer to deliver the business evaluation.
· Explore cooperation opportunities with customers and find the growth opportunities
· Conduct data analysis, review business performance, and provide feasible recommendations based on customer and shopper insights
· Provide ad hoc analysis based on customer request
· Share best practice internally and manage agencies
Perfect store blue print development
· Set up Unilever display guideline by category
· Develop perfect store criteria by category by channel
· Deliver tailor made perfect store guideline for key customers
· Analysis performance report and define the I&O
Innovation
· Set up assortment / display guideline / footprint plan for new products
Job Requirements:
-Trade marketing experience or Key Account management experience at least 2 years;
-Trade Category management experience or FMCG Consulting experience;
-Logical & systematic thinking with strong analytic power (data sensitivity);
-Presentation skill, Negotiation skill, communication skill;
-Fluent at spoken English and English writing.
