- Launch and design new products positively, guarantee both quality and quantity to accomplish the task of designing on time, meet customer's demand Supply technical support to the sales and production dep.
- Provide PLC/HMI programming support for equipment upgrade projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical problems on existing equipment.
- Provide electrical and mechanical design for new equipment and infrastructure projects.
- Research and implement new equipment and automation technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
- Provide data collection and optimization support for process improvement activities.
- Collect the industry design information of the trade market, propose that the products improve the suggestion
- Update and revise design according to site feedback
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor degree of EE or ME, or equivalent;
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronics, mechanics;
- Strong computer literacy;
- Previous experience with a programming language;
- 5 years demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining PLC/PC based control systems.
- Experience with PLC platforms including Allen-Bradley SLC and ControlLogix, Omron, Siemens Simatic family.
- Experience with industrial networks including Profibus and Ethernet.
- Experience with touch screen, Experience with Autocad and/or ProE
