职位描述：
FUNCTIONS:
Sourcing
1 Maintain a steady stream of potential vendors with distinct competitive advantages
2 Have a strong network that allow you to quickly locate target vendors
3 Arrange and prepare buying meeting.

Vendor Management
1 Support negotiations of commercial terms – price, lead times, delivery schedules, payment terms, etc.
2 Maintain a strong working relationship with vendor, given full support and priority by vendors

Production Execution
1 Working in close collaboration with colleagues cross-functionally, assure the quality and on-time delivery of all orders
2 Supervise all running order and solve problems during production process.

REQUIREMENTS:
1 Very strong sourcing skill and good sense of vendor and style.
2 Very strong vendor network on fabric vendors.
3. 3+ years sourcing, merchandising and product develop experience on apparel products, experienced on woven and knit of fashion apparel
4. Ever stayed with global retail buying/Rep office.
5. Knowledgeable of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, textile material, garment production, QA and compliance
6. Experience in production quality check and Result Management
7. Experience in Import/Export/Logistics

COMPETENCE:
1. Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities
2. Positive, performance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems
3. Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process
4. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals.
5. Able to work under pressure.
