职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1) Be in charge of complex raw materials sourcing globally. Search for secondary and recycled material sources containing minor metals, precious metals…etc.
2) Communicate with and visit the suppliers on a regular basis and identify buying opportunities. Maintain close relationship with current suppliers, and develop new suppliers and new raw material sources.
3) Negotiate price terms and contract terms. Present at the WSM procedure at supplier’s plant if needed.
4) Coordinate with supply chain team for the execution of the contract including shipment, payment, settlement...etc.
5) Stay updated with market development and future trend. Attend related conferences, exhibitions and trade shows, collect market info. and competitors’ info., promote Vital’s image
6) Cooperate with Marketing and R&D department, search for new sources and new raw materials.
7) Other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering (metallurgy, material technology...etc.) , commercial background is a plus
2) At least 3 years+ related working experience
3) Frequent global traveling (around 30%-50%)
4) Proactive self starter who can operate with minimal supervision
5) Good command of oral and written in English, multilingual is a plus
