Perform general work at the reception desk.
Administer, co-ordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing mails, dispatches, faxes and other related correspondence and ensure the updating and maintaining of all the files/records on a daily basis.
Hotel reservation and balance for company visitors.
Stationary purchase, storage, clarification and issue etc.
Take charge to book air ticket, train ticket and balance for colleague travel on business.
Update and manage employee contact list.
Administrate the office supplies and stationery items for the Client.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Event Support
1. 负责项目工作日程的安排,包括会议、公务活动、客人接待、差旅等;
2.负责行政类签发文件、报告的起草、打印、登记、存档与翻译工作;
3 执行前台一般工作,为公司的参观者预订酒店并结算;定期采购、库存、分类和分配等;
4.负责相关会议的组织、策划、协调工作;
5.收发、审核、过滤应传递给项目经理的签署文件;
6.负责项目经理授权范围内的日常管理范畴工作;
7.协助对公司的日常经营管理和运作中需协调各部门的工作关系;
8.协助处理公司公共关系和外联事务;
9. 完成总监临时安排或突发性事务处理。
职位要求:
Possesses diploma or above in English or Business administration.
Fresh undergraduates or above 1 year working experience in related field
Positive attitude and meticulous
Good command of English in writing and speaking.
Computer literate in Microsoft software.
Able to operate all office equipment including fax, printer and others
1.具有大专以上英语或商务专业学历;
2 应届本科生或在相关领域有一年以上工作经验;有外企、星级酒店工作经验者优先
3.形象好、气质佳、年龄在25-35岁之间;
4. 英文流利,能够熟练掌握书面和口语英语;
5. 能够熟练操作计算机软件;能够操作所有的办公设备,包括传真机、打印机和其他
6. 灵活变通,具有良好的处事能力及外交能力;
7. 具有较强的亲和力及人际沟通、协调、组织能力。
