JOB DESCRIPTION
? Work proactively with client business on various day-to-day human resources management such as hiring, learning & development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, mobility, employee survey & action, diversity & inclusion and employee relations to ensure the success of business development and initiatives
? Partner with business managers to identify issue, propose HR solution and resolve the issue by interpreting HR policies and procedure accurately and weighting alternative approaches
? Provide career consultation to staff
? Collaborate with other HR colleagues no matter HR Generalists, HR COE specialists or HR Shared Services to ensure sufficient delivery of full spectrums of HR advisory and services to client businesses
? Assist with the HRG team’s initiatives designed to attract, develop and retain high performance talent
? Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required
? Produce HR reports as required

KEY REQUIREMENTS
? At least 5 years of related experience interfacing and influencing middle and senior-level business managers as an HR professional
? Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and oral. Confident to work with HR colleagues in domestic branches and APAC or other continents
? Strong communication, influence, negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow up
? Solid understanding of labor related laws and HR policies
? Good time management and multiple-task skill
