Job Objective

Leading a customer group under defined responsible products and being charge of all related subjects (Sales Turnover, Customer Relationships, New Acquisition, Data input for internal various toolings)


YOUR TASKS

1. Develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business
2. Leading the price negotiation with internal coordinating all related department for each acquisition aiming for getting new order biz according to company guidelines.
3. Leading the technical change negotiation after SOP for profit increase or maintenance.
4. Provide timely communication to TireX & Hella related unit or plants when changes occur which effects customer’s product or business.
5. Establish and well maintain contact/CRM with TireX customers including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management.
6. Leading & responsible for the annual price negotiation
7. Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc.
8. Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for car production, volume and sales planning for its customer.
9. Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information.
10. Ensure all activities are in accordance to the Global Strategy of Hella’s Key Account Management in Lippstadt, Hella HQ Germany and in line with their acting.
11. Complete other tasks related to this job.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above either major in business administration combined with understanding of technical matters or major in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration.
2. Mother-tongue: Chinese; Fluent English in both written & oral;
3. 3~5 years job-related experience in Auto industry with professional knowledge in Sales, Engineering or Program Management area; be familiar with EPS/ECU is a plus.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software; with entrepreneurial and analytical working ability to cooperate with an international team.
