？ Working Task (details) 工作描述:
？planning and implementation of new production equipment, spare parts, fixtures, software, quality data as well as the related processes and documentation under PCE supervision and in cooperation with the European process planning department.
在PCE的监督下与总部工艺规划部门合作规划新的生产设备、备件、工装夹具、相关软件、质量数据管理以及相关过程文件。
？Authorized and responsible for specification of the electrical design /engineering from sketch new machines and new stations, including PC/PLC software applications, hardware applications, and machine software, including detailed software flow diagrams and circuit diagrams, for production equipment purchased in China under PCE supervision.
被授权同时负责新设备和新配置电气设计/工程的规范，在PCE的监督下，为在中国采购的生产设备购买PC/PLC应用软件，应用硬件，机器软件，详细的软件流程图和电路图等。

？Authorized and responsible for implementation and acceptance of new equipment purchased in China, as well as evaluation and approval of necessary production conditions for these machines.
被授权负责实施和验收在中国购买的新设备，并评估和批准这些设备进行生产的必要条件。
？Support for development and implementation of new production processes, preparation of the necessary documents as well as monitoring of the existing production processes.
支持新生产工艺的开发、实施以及准备必要的文件，同时对现有的生产工艺进行监测。
？Responsible for preparation and implementation of production related procedures.
负责准备和贯彻相关的生产流程。
？Support for on-site implementation and improvement of the production approval processes (APQP, PPAP).
支持现场相关生产流程的执行和改进（APQP，PPAP）。
？Technical support in product implementations (PC / PLC) on existing equipment including the necessary processes.
对现有的生产设备/工艺进行必要的技术支持。
？ Assistance in planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
协助规划和执行持续改进项目。
？ Support of the logistic department to improve the efficiency of material flow and ergonomics in the production
支持物流部改进物流效率和改进生产效率。
？ Testing new production software and hotfix in cooperation with group data management team.
与集团数据管理团队合作对新软件及补丁进行测试确认。
？ Installation and configuration production software for new equipment
对新设备进行生产软件的安装，部署。
？ Configuration and confirmation for quality data structure of new equipment
对新设备进行质量数据结构的设置，确认。

Qualification & Capability Requirements (to define correctly) 能力及素质要求:
？ In general, the tasks are defined by the customer requirements and then defined by area-specific project concepts
能够根据客户需求和与之相对应的项目方案制定任务目标并完成
？ These tasks should be carried out mainly self-dependent according to the general company regulations and the commitment
能够根据公司规章制度和你的责任独立自主地完成这些任务
？ The monitoring carried out by the line manager. For a status-review he can obtain the feedback of involved departments
能根据生产线管理人员日常监督工作中反馈的信息对自己的工作状态回顾
？ Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
电气自动化专业本科以上学历
？ Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry
熟悉加工型企业生产流程，特别是汽车工业
？ Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well
突出的沟通能力，能向人阐述和呈现自己的工作成果
？ English fluent both written and oral
流利的英语听说读写能力
？ Skills in software on multiple language platforms (Beckhoff, Siemens S7, ABB robot, Epson robot etc.)
多种应用软件技能（Beckhoff, Siemens S7, ABB robot, Epson robot 等）
？ Skilled on Microsoft software（word, excel, etc.）
熟练使用微软办公软件（word, excel 等）
？ Additional knowledge and experience in project management is an advantage
