Job description:
 . Provide outstanding leadership to the financial team in Yangzhou plant including the recruitment, development, and challenging of staff to maximize the function’s business impact.
 . Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and focus targeted at maximizing the region’s operational performance.
 . Work closely with the China CFO and the Plant of cross-functional team providing financial insight and serving as proactive and effective business partner.
 . Monitor and enforce the company’s internal controls, policies & procedures, and limits of authority. Proactively identify areas of financial exposure and risk.
 . Ensure that superior financial analyses, accounting and control procedures and financial reporting systems exist to provide accurate, timely and meaningful insight and discipline throughout the organization.
 . Support the technical accounting team with external audit requests / local tax / questions.

Qualifications:
 . Bachelor degree or above in accounting of finance discipline
experience.
 . Above 3+ years’ experience in the industry finance manager
 . Proven experience in business planning and analysis
 . Proven customer service and financial/ commercial orientation
 . Exposure to multiple companies and industries
 . Experience in establish new factory and build new finance team

 Skills & Knowledge:
 . Ability to prepare and manage forecast (manufacturing and environment is preferred)
 . Word/ Excel-intermediate level
 . Preferred-proven experience in Hyperion
 . Ability to interpret and complete balance scorecard system 举报 分享
