职位描述：
Job position: Training Supervisor, China Share Services Center

Report to: HRM

Responsibilities:
1. As China training supervisor of share service center, to manage the training structure, designing, planning, budgeting, implementation and performance review.
2. Develop training resources, review and make decision.
3. Coordinate the training activities and review the performance for different BUs. Make improvement.

Required:
1. 3+ years of experience in training design, development and/or delivery
2. Experience in instructional technologies including learning management and/or content management systems
3. Knowledge of training measurement analytics tools, methods and processes
4. Customer service and relationship management
5. Communication planning and delivery
6. Project management
7. Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
