任职要求：

4、熟练操作Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件
5、有志于在led领域长期发展
6、工作态度积极认真，责任心强，良好的沟通与团队配合能力
7、实习地点：广东东莞市
8、实习期2个月,经考核合格者可直接转正

Requirements:

National Semiconductor Lighting Project R & D and Industry Alliance (CSA) was established in 2004, is found by the domestic semiconductor lighting industry and the strong support of the Ministry of Science and Technology .under the guidance of backbone enterprises and research institutes, in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, equality, cooperation initiated the establishment .CSA has grown to 312 members of the unit, including, in the upstream and downstream industry chain as well as from overseas leading enterprises and research institutions. In recent years, CSA support technological innovation to promote industrial environment optimized construction, as well as international cooperation to lead the industry in high-speed growth in the semiconductor lighting industry policy formulation. Due to the rapid development of the industry, in urgent need of a large number of talented people to join, vigorously strengthen the response to the national call of the semiconductor industry personnel training echelon building, we have created a unique sound pre-service training system, designed to help college students completed quickly transition to professional people, to adapt to the requirements of professional jobs. 国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟是在国家科技部等部门的支持下，由国内从事半导体照明行业的骨干企业、大学和科研机构等按照“自愿、平等、合作”原则于2004 年 10 月发起成立。目前，拥有来自内地、香港、台湾地区及在华注册外资机构等293家成员单位。联盟拥有一支近百人的从事半导体照明技术、产业与政策研究、项目管理与咨询服务的专业化服务团队。
联盟目前开展的主要工作包括：
（1）为科技部、发改委等有关政府部门提供政策咨询和支撑，协助科技部开展半导体照明科技项目管理，协助支持半导体照明重大示范工程建设
（2）建设半导体照明共性技术研发平台
（3）推动半导体照明标准化工作，制定半导体照明技术规范、开展检测信息发布等
（4）探索组建专利池，通过共同研发与专利交叉授权，应对专利纠纷，减少交易成本，提升我国半导体照明产业的国际谈判能力和竞争力
（5）开展半导体照明人才培养工作
（6）为从事半导体照明行业的相关企业、高校、科研机构提供会议展览、网络和平面媒体、咨询等服务。
