职位描述：
Role Description:
Act as in-house counsel and provide legal support and services to EF Group’s businesses operating in China. The Legal Counsel will be based in Shanghai and report to the Legal Director.

Core Responsibilities:
? Ensure legal feasibility and legal compliance of EF Group’s business projects by maintaining appropriate legal structure and/or proposing relevant legal solutions
? Negotiate, draft and review legal documents and contracts
? Provide legal support and advice for EF Group’s daily business and operations
? Direct resolution of litigations, arbitrations or disputes

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in law. Master degree (LLM) and/or study abroad a plus
? 3-5 years’ experience in law firm and/or legal department of multinational company
? Experience in business development and arrangements, e.g. lease contracts, franchise agreements
? Experience in dealing with litigation and labor disputes advantageous
? Solid skills and experienced in drafting legal documents
? Superior legal and analytic skills and judgment skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Meticulous, close attention to details and culture of working with facts
? Ability to handle and prioritize conflicting matters expeditiously
? Self-motivated, proactive, ability to work independently, under pressure with commitment to tasks
? A good team player with strong sense of responsibility
? Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
? High integrity and strong professional ethics
