KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Draft contract based on awarded study
· Issue invoice according to the payment schedule and revenue recognition policy
· Calculate study prices according to client’s request and issue quotation
· Assit in preparing and arranging visit schedule and logistics
· Collect all required documents from all departments as well as archives, make copies if needed
· Maintain or archive client or montor’s comments and responses for future reference
· Arrange and schedule cross departmental meeting requested by Client Services
· Perform administrative activities and tasks for Client Services and Head of the Department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· B.S. (one year experience an asset)
· Be a good team player
· Fluent in English, be able to communicate with clients or sponsors both in writing and speaking English
· Attention to details, good interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of drug development process
· Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Project and MS Excel
· Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
