岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
A Strategic business development
1 Hella internal business development
Supports the summary of the project results and the development of key figures and participates in cross-functional
workshops and discussions
2 Development of key account
Proposes and participates in organizational processes and sales processes
B CRM: Development and utilization of customer potential
Supports customer visit preparation
Participates at fares and trade shows and supports internal departments during the preparation
C Acquisition: Build-up and recovery of customer contacts
1 Quote proposal management
Support of quotation drafting with the goal to win new projects with direct or responsible supervisor
D Negotiation
Support of negotiation preparation
E Project support
1 Development projects
Administrative support of development project supervision
Supports the colleagues with the processing of complaints, recalculation of prices according to specified customer
systematic and handling of claim-management and controls and handles customer orders in alignment with the
colleagues
2 Internal coordination
Processes, prompts and confirms individual jobs related to customer requirements
Participates in central sales tasks to support and exculpate colleagues and supervisors and prepares data for
customer presentations in consultation with the supervisor
F Data and information documentation
1 Market data
Records market data (production data from the customer, competitor data, costs and price data, terms) from a
variety of sources (information from analysts, trade periodicals in German and English, project-related documents,
customer correspondence, customer databases, production programs, etc.)
2 Customer specific databases
Maintenance of Sales databases, (e.g. MDB, CDB, customer portals, change management, internal cost life cycle,
tracking of special direct costs (SEK) in on-going projects, price maintenance tool) if necessary arrangement of
measures in consultation with supervisor and support of SEK planning, tracking and planning of quick savings
Administrative support of above mentioned database maintenance and issuing of SEK invoices
Verifying if customer data correlates with HELLA data, updating the data and creating new data records if
necessary
3 Order data
Administrative support of order data maintenance
4 Data processing
Creating and managing files as well as preparing data as overviews for statistical processes
Preparing comprehensive and varied graphics, evaluations, overviews, organizational diagrams and similar tasks
according to specifications and/or other documents
Comparing customer data and writing corresponding notes for those responsible if appropriate
Updating the Sales database according to information provided by supervisors and employees
任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree of Major in Industrial Administrator or relevant
English fluent in writing and spoken
related 1-3years experiences
