Duties and Responsibilities
A Standardizing internal accounting in the Group
1 Introducing standard processes in accounting (cost center accounting, internal order management, product calculation, cost unit accounting) within the framework of the international SAP SHARP/ STAIRS launches
2 Professional leadership of SAP-CO SHARP/ STAIRS implementations
3 Enhance the knowledge of system logic for SAP key users by documentation, daily technical support and on-site training.
4 Providing suggestion and solution for other projects/process to verify its technical feasibility.
B Profit center accounting
1 Re-developing the profit center accounting within the framework of the new functionality of the new general ledger and BOFC consolidation system
2 Implementing the international rollout of SAP changes within the framework of reporting requirements
3 Implementing the rollout of summaries within the framework of the annual financial statement within the profit center accounting
4 Creating a guide including the corresponding schedule for the balance sheet activities within the framework of the annual financial statement in the profit center accounting for all segmented companies
5 Training accounting employees in the Group and ensuring sustainability
6 Training and (continually) supporting employees in the accounting department in the Hella Group to ensure the transfer of expertise and adherence to standard processes
C SAP Product Costing
1 Centrally maintain and analyse SAP and SAP-BW controlling related master data (cost centers, profit centers, cost elements, material, BOM etc
2 Perform and provide the monthly actual calculation, the annual plan calculation and inventory costing
3 Advise of controlling and plant controlling functions concerning questions to this topic above
4 Provide business/ technical support for cost center planning and give solutions from system point of view
D Management
1 Deploying employees within their area of responsibility according to their qualifications and providing specific motivating guidance and support for employees in the fulfillment of their tasks
2 Arranging and/or implementing staff-related measures, such as employee evaluations and their further training and support (staff development tasks), involvement in personnel decisions such as recruitment, leaves of absence, relocations, restructuring, etc.
