1. JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Senior HR Manager

2. JOB PURPOSE:
Lead government relations, administration, recruiting, training, people management systems to 1) ensure that factory operates within governmental and company's guidelines and 2) enable employees to deliver quality product on time and as per budget

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators
General
?Lead development of annual operating plans of the department to support achieving the company targets
?Lead Implementation and development (when needed) of policies and procedures and certification requirements in the department to ensure compliance to company's guide lines
?Lead GBS cycle implementation in department to ensure continuous improvement

? Plans are developed and aligned on time
? Budget is approved on time
? Compliance to policies and procedures.
? Passing the certification audits
? Analysis are done systemically on time
Safety
? Lead safety and develop safety awareness in the department through coaching and communication
? Audit, identify and take preventive measures to rectify unsafe conditions to ensure safe working environment No Lost time accidents
? No unsafe conditions
? Safety training hours as per company target
? Safety violation system is implemented 100%
Recruiting & Training
? Direct the development and implementation of recruiting process to attract required calibre of employees
? Lead development and deployment of training subjects, scheduling and evaluation to increase capability of employees in factory
? Recruiting process implemented
? Only qualified employees are allowed to work on machines
? Training material available for all scheduled training
? Training hours
? Skill progression
? Scheduled trainings are conducted on time
Manufacturing Costs
? Lead the development of annual staffing plans, housing, transportation, licensing and catering budget
? Direct the development of monthly glide path for budget and track cost vs. budget to ensure compliance
? Staff Cost per unit within annual budget
? Department cost per unit within budget
? All government required permits are renewed timely
? Analysis and corrective actions in case of deviations
Performance management
? Lead full implementation of people management systems in the factory
? Lead enhancing capability, ensure progression and succession planning in the factory and thus reduce turn over
? Lead updating organization structure, job description and pay benchmarks based on latest organizational and market development

? Work plans are developed for each individual in the factory
? Performance reviews and performance rating on time
? Promotion from within
? Organization structure and Job descriptions are maintained up to date
? Pay benchmarks are updated as per agreed frequency
? Turnover rate as per company target
? No business interruption due to turn over

5. JOB CONTEXT:
Scope :
The job holder is responsible for government relations, administration (housing transportation), recruiting, training, people management systems (including evaluation, development and updating JD's and pay benchmarks) in Hub factory
