Responsibilities:
1. Release purchase order and follow;
国外采购订单的跟进处理；
2. Release out sourcing PO and follow;
外协定单的跟踪安排；
3. Be familiar with relevant standards and material responsible;
熟悉采购材料相关标准和采购流程；
4. Follow up and solve the abnormal material;
跟进解决不良采购件处理；
5. Following the company policy about payment;
跟进采购付款流程；
6. Communication supplier quality problem with QC department;
协调质量检验流程和结果跟进；
7. Execute company budget control inventory;
采购成本和库存预算把控；
8. Daily work report to logistics manager;
每日向物流经理汇报；

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in mechanical/manufacturing or related discipline. Be familiar with the manufacture activities, foreign and domestic trade.
本科及以上学历，机械制造相关专业。熟悉生产流程、国内外贸易采购；
2. Good written and oral English;
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力；
3. 3 years working experience in foreign purchasing;
3年以上国外采购跟单经验；
4. Good team spirit, in patience, is able to work under pressure, and industrious with work;
良好的团队协作，抗压能力，工作勤奋；
5. Professional skills in SAP and Microsoft Office;

Fette Compacting (China) Co., Ltd. is 100% invested by Fette Compacting GmbH. Total investment is over 18 Mio. USD. Fette covers all products in tableting technology, from tablet presses to peripherals and tableting tools. We also provide all services related to machinery and equipment, such as spare parts supply, installation, system upgrades, technical field service, generic term for our process related services which includes our training programs, compression trials, as well as application / OEE consulting and Engineering. All P-Series(P1010/P2020/P3030) produced in Fette Compacting China passed the “CE” certification, to ensure that the products meet the requirements of EU regulations and standards from all aspects.
The China production started in August 2004, Move into the new state-of-the-art Plant in 2018.
