Job Description

• Project logistics processing in production development process, such as package planning or milkrun-planning
• Integration of the leveling and planning process in SAP. Set-Up of supermarkets to realize the PULL-principles in production
• According to customer’s demand, design packaging concept. Communication with customer to ensure the concept is able to meet customer’s requirement.
• Ensure logistic concept is able to meet business target in regards of lean flow, process control and cost target.
• Develop and design of package concept based on customer’s demand, BPS, quality and cost target.
• Prototype logistics processing in production development process; (line feeding,…)
• To arrange and coordinate the import/export logistics in the plant;
• Processing of domestic logistics transport in the serial production, deliver finished goods to customer;
• Coordination of the domestic logistics service provider (e.g. storage, transport, external handling etc); as well KANBAN and mill-run processes
• Customers consignment stock management;
• Execution of material processing for suppliers;
• Execution of production planning as the interface between sales dept. and production
  dept.;
• Material and finished product stock management;(KPIs)
• Coordinating with related departments to optimize the SAP process for logistics;
• Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience in logistics planning, preference for experience in packaging &manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry is needed
• College degree or above
• English fluent in spoken and written, German language would be helpful
• Excellent knowledge
  of MS Office (Excel, Power-Point)

We are dedicated to the development and manufacture of the advanced automobile Electric Power Steering System products, and committed to be one of the most reliable suppliers to its global renowned customers. Thus the establishment of this new plant in Nanjing will enable Bosch to make further contribution in this field.
新厂房分两期建设: 首期规划约20,000 M2用于EPSapa的生产区域建设，逐步扩建，于2015年完工。二期规划新增了8000 M2用于齿轮和转向螺母的生产区域建设，现场生产这些零部件。2015年中期，开始系统生产，员工已达到350人左右。员工人数将配合产能的扩充而增加。
The new plant will be built in two phases: In the first section, EPSapa production will be established over a total usable space of around 20,000 M2. Expansion is to be carried out gradually and will be completed in 2015. In the second section, manufacture of racks and steering nuts is to be added over a usable space of some 8,000 M2. The components will be used for production on site. Series production will commence in mid-2015,now the new plant already has around 350 employees. The headcount is to increase in line with the stages of expansion.
