Job Description:
1. Dedicate in FABs, mainly response for Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi customers to be responsibility wafer defect inspection tools maintenance.
2. Troubleshoot systems to determine faults for non-performance.
3. Customers’ information data collection and analysis related to wafer defect inspection tools.
4. Cost reduction and tool performance maintenance achievement.
5. Communicate between U.S. resource and customer sites, provide effective solution toward any wafer defect inspection tools’ performance or spec wise concern.
6. Support new tool’s installation / upgrade, performance data collection, to achieve company’s market share and goal.
7. Business travel is required.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Perform tool installation, software upgrade, maintenance and customer service activities.
2. Technical phone support and on-duty shift require as for FSE role.
3. Work independent for troubleshooting recipes, and hardware failures.
4. Capable to generate variation reports for tool install update, issue report and training material.
5. Weekly base update and tool status update are required.
6. Technical document and experience sharing within the group and enhance group member skill.
7. Availability for training customer and end-user of operation and basic maintenance Rudolph wafer defect inspection tool.
8. Establish, develop & maintain positive relationship with customers to be looking for new business opportunities.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical/Engineering/Automation /Mechatronics or related.
2. 2-3 years working experiences on semiconductor industry (ie: equipment maintenance and repair) is plus, preferably experiences in wafer FAB.
3. Fluent English speaking, writing, and listening, with CET-6 certificate is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. With wafer defect inspection/QA/QC working experience is a plus.
6. Hard working with team spirit.
Office time:
Monday – Friday.
Am9:00 – PM6:00.
National holiday follow by China government and Rudolph China policy.
