职位描述
o Oversee packaging procurement projects for Intercos Group. And establish strategic cosmetic packaging supplier worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
o Source & manage creative and cost effective sources of supply for all packaging product categories & markets for Intercos Group.
o Effective transfer of projects from "developed" to "order" status for Intercos Group.
o Provide proactive service to marketing for all packaging related sourcing issues.
o Set up competitive cost bench marks for packaging.
o Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
o Supplier management concerning capability, capacity, quality, schedule, risk etc.
o NCR handing, minimise adverse affect to production plan.
o Secondary package sourcing, development and follow up for Intercos Group.
o Staff selection, retention, training, development, performance & motivation worldwide.
o Manage and control departmental expenses within agreed budget.
o Ensure supplier compliance with Intercos Social Accountability requirements.
o Develop and maintain good relationships with key players in packaging industry worldwide.
o Any other tasks assigned by CEO.
Key Performance Indicators o Packaging On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery performance
o Year on Year Cost Reductions
o NCR accident records
o Employee Retention & Morale
o Cedex commissions vs. cost
Skills, Knowledge and Experience o Graduate with >10 years experience in purchasing and at least 3 years in a similar leadership role, familiarity with packaging industrialization is required.
o Strong global leadership skills and proven record of achievement.
o Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
o Strategic thinker with proven tactical implementation skills.
o Quality and Finance knowledge.
o Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business.
o Good English and computer skill.
