1) Product continuously improvement, engineering change management
2) Production support including assembly, testing, productivity and quality improvement
3) Product material BOM maintenance in ERP system (SAP)
4) Optimize product order to delivery process
5) Supplier quality monitoring and improvement
6) Component qualification testing
7) Electrical schematic drawing preparation for product
8) Specify product testing program to guarantee to delivery product in good quality
9) Products cost control

1) Strong electrical engineering knowledge with at least 3 year experience preferably in drive or inverter R&D
2) Bachelor or higher level degree in electrical engineering
3) Experience in MV drive hardware including electronic components
4) Knowledge of MV dive application is required
5) Good analytical skills
6) Team spirited and Autonomous
7) English: documentation and fluently speaking
