职位描述：
岗位职责：
-进行行业研究及个股研究（如有色金属、煤炭等行业），提交行业研究报告。
-通过案头研究、实地调研、财务模型制作、估值分析等方式，独立进行上市公司研究，提交个股研究报告。
-积极向投资经理提示所分管行业及上市公司的投资机会以及投资风险，对投资经理的研究需求及时反馈。
-构建和维护所分管行业的股票库。
-构建和维护所分管行业的股票模拟组合，使之能够持续超越行业比较基准。
-与所分管行业的卖方分析员及行业专家保持密切联系。
-完成与所分管行业和上市公司相关的所有其他研究文档工作。
-完成主管分配的其它投研工作。

任职要求：
-金融、经济类相关专业硕士或硕士以上学历，CFA优先，具有理工科复合专业背景者优先。
-2年以上资本市场（A股/港股二级市场）研究或投资相关工作经验，有证券或基金从业资格。
-掌握完备的财务分析能力，能独立完成完整财务模型。
-掌握完备的估值方法，能客观完成资产定价和估值。
-具有团队合作精神与沟通能力,勤奋，能在压力下工作。
-英语能力较强者优先，具有海外留学/工作经历者优先。 举报 分享
