职位描述：
To make sure smooth import & Export process in ESEA for both final products and material.

1）负责确保欧蒙公司在北京口岸日常进口报关业务顺利完成，以欧蒙公司对新加坡客户的出口报关与国际物流货运。

To handle import and export request raised from internal customer from both China and ESEA.

2）协调处理公司内部各职能部门提出的与进出口方面的相关业务，及时提出解决方案，快速解决各种进出口、国际物流方面的问题。

The person is responsible for docs preparation for routine import and export process: for fast customer clearance, shipment schedule control, forwarder management, and freight calculation.

   3）与计划部门沟通根据需求对到货周期进行调控；对第三方物流供应商进行有效管理；负责对进出口文件的收集整理归档，及时通知协调仓库部门对进出口货物安排收发货事宜。

The person will also manage special license issue in Singapore, to make sure we meet customer’s delivery request fast for the products not registered or not in T-list.

 4）根据进口商品的海关监管条件，办理所需的进口许可证。同时针对出口新加坡的产品，准备新加坡进口所需的相关单据文件，确保货物在新加坡的进出口业务顺利完成，并及时安排物流配送到终端客户。

任职要求：

Bachelor and above

本科或以上学历

Major in logistics management/International trade

物流或国际贸易等相关专业

3years in international trade area

3年进出口工作经验

Excellent command in verbal & written English

良好的英语沟通技能

Good communication skills, especially cross culture communication

良好的沟通能力

Detailed working & Urgent sense

快速处理问题的能力

Good sense of cooperation and team work;
