基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
? Uphold all laboratory safety standards to maintain a high quality laboratory that operates to GMI’s safety standards.
? Be responsible for the daily management and operating of the Laboratory including working with QRO counterpart to conduct appropriate analytical and microbiological testing to support pilot plant and manufacturing plant test plans.
? Ensure the Laboratory is managed in compliance with the company standards and industry/certification requirements.
? Set up and maintain test process and test methods to comply with both regulatory and company requirements, including implementation and maintenance of Global Laboratory Quality System.
? Build up lab team capability and effectiveness.
? Provide technical advice and consultation to internal clients for their analytical and data interpretation requirements.
? Manage and control the laboratory expense to meet budgeted financial performance.
? Initiate and manage specific laboratory projects to develop the Laboratory testing scopes and service level.
? Support new projects, including new product launch by working collaboratively from the beginning of product development to understand testing needs. Create and maintain metrics for lab capacity, efficiency, quality, and safety with focus on annual improvements in all areas.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? 5 years experience in laboratory testing industry with at least 3 years managerial level experience.
? Able to manage a team of technicians in a professional way
? Experience at laboratory accreditation (CNAS, CMA) implementation and maintenance, Food safety management experience and/or microbiologist background is preferable.
? Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and teamwork skills.
? Good communication, interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese. Diligent, principled, responsible, honest and with strong logical analysis
? University education, major in Microbiology, Food Analytical, Food Processing & Technology, or Biological Chemistry
