Responsibility：
-Conduct Factory Audits and report audit findings according to the procedures and policies of the company;
-Follow up corrective action if needed（CAP）；
-Deal with any issues related to audit;
Requirement：
-More than 10years experience in audit of international brands(like Nike, Adidas…)
-Bachelors Degree of a related discipline;
-A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
-Experience in the field of factory surveillance and Adidas SEA & FE requirements;
-Mobility and a high degree of commitment;
-A service-oriented attitude;
-Willing to travel to factories intensively
1. 熟悉服装厂的生产流程和大体框架；
2. 熟悉ADIDAS验厂的相关标准和具体的操作流程；
3. 富有敬业精神，擅于沟通和交流，能与客户和供应商建立彼此的信任和认同的合作关系；
4. 能对工厂的验厂人员进行培训和指导工作，帮助工厂建立优化/简化和高效的管理体系，并涵盖人权，反恐，工厂的评估……;
5. 对验厂相关的专业知识具有较好的英语理解和书写能力；
6. 英语口语流利， 能和国外客人直接沟通；
7. 10年以上阿迪或耐克验厂经验；
8. 本科以上学历
