职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:
- New Product Development & Introduction
- Lead packaging trials at Factory level with focus on line performance, cost efficiency on time delivery and product quality
- Organize and document factory trials including machinability, shelf-life, storage handling, laboratory and transport tests for validation of new packaging and changes in specifications
- Execute the test in factory or in supplier lab, and analayse the test result and finish the trial report
- Package Improvement
- Deal with all complaints related with package(in factory and out of factory). Complaints upload in SAP.Manage GLOBE database of packaging materials
- Assist Factory Packaging Specialist to review packaging related on-line/off-line controls - to implement packaging monitoring plans and package reduction project
- Participate in supplier audits
- Supplier development
- Ensure development of competencies of packaging assistants & disseminate packaging best practices and knowledge at the shop floor

Job request:
- Graduate in Engineering, preferably in Packaging, Mechanics, Industrial, Chemistry or Automation or equivalent (Materials Science, Printing)
- Operational Experience: Packaging development in FMCG Packaging development and packing operation in FMCG
- Basic knowledge of English
- Problem solving approach
- Project management
- Supplier & converter auditing
- Competent in Packaging Safety, Quality and Compliance
- Basic knowledge in production planning
