OBJECTIVES
? Sell Omega Zeta panels, according to the guidelines and strategy fixed by the Sales Direction.
? Maintain and increase the customer base.
? Identify and contact potential customers.
? Identify and open new sales channels
? Support the correct installation of panels in the Project sites
? Follow up the invoicing and order to cash process with his customer base.
? Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? University degree (Business, Marketing, Architecture).
? Experience in the construction and building materials industry.
? Good English level is a plus.
? Good communication skills.
? Good presence and presentation skills.
? Ability to establish empathy with customer. Strong listening skills.
? Target oriented.
? Negotiating skills.
? Time flexibility.
? Possibility of frequent travelling to visit customers in the assigned area.
? Solid computer skills. (Windows)
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Contact potential customers and present them the company and products.
? Make frequent visits to architecture studios in order to ensure they prescribe and recommend our products.
? Follow up sales opportunities.
? Prepare budgets when customers and opportunities require it.
? Prepare and execute regular sales visits to potential and existing customers.
? Close deals and get sales with contractors in the contracting phase for projects.
? Improve and expand our customer data base.
? Perform visits to Project sites to follow up construction and installation of our panels.
? Make the relevant paperwork, travel reports, expense sheets, invoicing and order to cash follow documents and help cash in invoices.
? Feedback product improvement ideas from the customers and market to the technical departments.
? Regularly update the sales opportunities report
? Look for new distributors – installers and keep regular contact with the existing ones.
? Help make contracts and agreements with construction companies and distributors.
? Look for complementary products to our range and help sell them alongside our range.
? Study and execute product promotion activity to improve our product sales.
? Create and deliver sales presentations for using them in meetings or important sales events.
