Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for overall and all operational HR issues
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of generalist human resource function including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, culture building, manpower planning, performance management and employee career management, training and development and etc.
- Review and update relevant HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and ensure they are aligned with company's current and future business strategies and local laws / regulations.
- Support HR projects for compensation and benefits, career development / mapping, employee relations, so as to effectively attract, reward and retain good human capital
- Provide professional consultation, guidance and timely solutions to the manger of the department.
- Participate in internal and external networks to seek and share information and best practices
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- All the administrative support to make sure it is good and safe, which include but not limited to: internal security, company transportation, food supplying, office stationary, permit and visa issues
- Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous improvement.
Skills and Requirements:
- Be familiar with employment related laws and regulations
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications
- Very good written & spoken English
- Able to work independently to handle normal HR operations
