职位描述：
Job Scope

1. Prepare reconciliation list and send to insurers on monthly basis.
2. Follow up feedback from insurers and keep chasing. Cooperate with other teams to clear aged accounts.
3. Clear AR bookings and overseas receivables upon bank slips and issue official invoice accordingly.
4. Management of official invoices and chase unpaid invoice.
5. Update bank records from online web-bank and make bank receipts reports.
6. Prepare aging report to management on weekly basis and other related report on request.
7. Clear cash on account daily.
8. Declare for foreign currencies income required by local SAFE.
9. Do data cleaning regularly before month-end.
10.File accounting vouchers & documents.
11.Other jobs relocated by team leader.

Requirement

1. Over 3 years working experiences in AP&AR
2. Good interpersonal，communication，negotiation and problem solving skills.
3. Good computer skill (office, excel, ppt)
4. Good command of written English
5. Prefer Accounting graduate with insurance experience in AR&AP. 举报 分享
