岗位职责:
1. Take lead in providing wholesale floorplan solution to dealer by communicating and understanding dealers wholesale financing needs and requests, e.g. credit line adjustment, temporary credit line
全面负责经销商库存融资申请及跟进事宜,并了解并协助经销商解决库存融资业务相关需求,例如额度调整、临额申请等
2. keep relationship maintenance by visiting dealers on the regular basis, and to visit dealer according to the relevant policies to give early warning signs if neccessary
负责经销商的日常维护,根据相关政策对经销商进行定期拜访并提供初期风险预警报告
3. Coaching and ask dealers to respect relevant wholesale finance policy
引导并辅导经销商遵守公司相关库存融资风险管理制度,例如贷后管理及库存审计政策
4. Liaise with regional sales and auto finance team from manufacturer side to coordinate wholesale finance activity
与主机厂的区域销售或相关汽车金融业务负责人沟通和协调库存融资开通及使用事宜
5. On top of the regular visit to the dealers, keep eyes on them regarding possible risk factors, e.g. money lending activity, QC complaints, and etc
结合经销商现场拜访,通过媒体及互联网跟踪、监控潜在风险状况,例如“高利贷、房地产、合格证投诉”等情况。
8. Collaborate with third party company for onsite supervision and collection
执行应急现场催收工作,引导第三方现场监管公司进行现场监控
9. Provide assistance to the collection team by providing information to prepare legal procedure against default dealer
配合催收团队收集和分析有关经销商与担保人的诉讼信息,准备诉讼材料
11. Liaise with AM from SALES to rollout retail finance activity and RISK for wholesale finance business
协助销售部区域销售经理开展零售金融业务,以及同信贷风控部沟通库存融资业务相关事宜
任职要求:
1.学历背景:全日制本科学历,风险管理/会计/金融专业为佳
Educational background: university graduate with bachelor degree, preferably in risk management or accountancy
2.工作经历: 5年以上汽车金融销售或银行对公客户经验
Years of experience: 5 years of sales experiences in AFC or cooperate department from commercial bank
3.语言能力:良好掌握并使用英语
Language: Good command of English
4.计算机能力:熟练使用office软件,包括Excel, Word and Power Point
System knowledge: Good with office software, including Excel, word and power point
5.优秀的人际交往能力和沟通技巧;
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
6.较强的风险防范意识,具备信贷分析工作经验;
Strong risk awareness and have experience in credit analysis
7.较强的逻辑分析和判断能力。
Strong ability of logical analysis and judgment
8. 适应频繁出差
Suitable for frequent business trip
