Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency;
2. Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties;
3. Responsible for arranging stationeries;
4. Research and reserve best available rate for air ticket, hotel, transport for staff;
5. Deal with staff work attendance, such as daily registration, monthly collection, etc.;
6. Ensure the office floor clean and tidy including pantry room, meeting rooms, business team areas and lobby;
7. Assume security guard access control by verifying employee identification, issuing visitor passes, observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities, etc..
Requirements:
1. University students who with similar working experience are taken into consideration;
2. Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin;
3. Professional secretarial skills and communication manner;
4. Good command of computer skills, an advanced user of Ms Office;
5. Team player, flexible, adaptable, excellent interpersonal skills;
6. Hardworking and service oriented, cheerful personality (warm, patient, positive, etc.);
7. Can work at least 3 days/week, for 6 months per week or above.
