职位描述：
Role priorities
? Responsible for developing the capacity and staffing modules needed to meet production and logistic targets for the site.
? Assures the accurate and timely reporting of various records which include: Time Sheets, WIP/finish Goods Record, Rework Reports, Check Sheets, Part List, etc.
? Create and maintain the master production and department schedule
? Lead the sales/demand planning function and supply planning.
? Lead the inter-company production planning process.
? Adjust safety stock level according to demand
? Direct all plant production team members to proper work areas, assuring shifts are setup and ready to start, train new team members, communicate job expectation and enforces company policies and procedure.
? Establish and maintains production quality standards.
? Assist in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of lean workflows and lean techniques.
? Manage labor hours during each shift, adjusting based on production need (i.e. cut or extend hours).
? Provide leadership in ERP development, utilization, and refinement.
? Be an active participant in defining and implementing best practices in production planning, including the establishment and effective use of procedures and work instructions
? Support department metrics, ensuring system accuracy for cross functional utilization.
? Continually works on process improvement and department efficiency. This includes recommendations to improve: production methods, equipment performance, overall work quality, working conditions, and use of equipment.
? Assist in educating team members on safety and awareness.
? Communicates with other supervisors or managers as needed to coordinate activities of respective departments or areas.
? Provide assistance to Operation Manager in business decision making.
? Leads the whole area of logistics.
? Optimizes continuously in- and outbound freights
? Controls and reports the inventory stocks per APC KPI’s
? Cooperates with logistic service partners
? Coordinates obsolete material and define countermeasures to keep them on a low level
? Controls of packaging and shipment content
? Adheres to the Camfil APC Global Key Process Handbook
? Ensure on-time delivery of the products to the customers at the lowest possible costs
? Optimize warehouse operation including the stock management by appropriate arrangement of goods, parts and products to ensure low stock level and flexibility
? Coordinates the shipping process for finished goods and spare parts within the given responsibilities
? Negotiates prices and schedules with logistics providers
? Performs yearly stock-take event


Authority and control
? Departmental management - budgets, forecasts, supervision
? Authority for hiring, promoting, terminating, and compensating employees
? Decide and change processes, procedures, policies or schedules

Education & Work experience
? Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar majors.
? Experience with Lean/6 Sigma Manufacturing
? Experience in Supervision and Management of Manufacturing Operations and/or Engineering also logistic management 5 years
? Experience in Project Management, Process Engineering and Regulatory for a total of at least 3 years
? Experience with ERP-systems
? Knowledge of national and international logistics-specific requirements
? Knowledge in customs processing
