Job Description:
1: Work with Operation Manager and support to achieve the ecommerce sales target, and work with other E-commerce functions team to manage and implement the agreed e-commerce strategy and plans.
Review sales performance, analyze sales & conversion data, complains and comments from consumers to advice improvement action plan.
2: Work with TP and other functions to set up promotion plan with clear process, and analyze and provide report accordingly.
3: Work together with TP and Operation Manager for warehouse and logistics management.
4: Work with FIN and Operation Manger to make sure the relevant operation of e-commerce project is under right process and do sales data check or other relevant data inquiry from FIN, to finish FIN related data upload internal system operation.
5: Work with IT department to build up the e-commerce system structure, necessary interface & applications and ensure the appropriate maintenance.
6: Work with Legal to make sure the process can meet business requirement.
7: Work with the TP to ensure the smooth running of customer service, order processing & billing, delivery, return & change, payment & refunds.
Monitor and ensure TP operate and provide the service according to requirements and meet the brand’s expectation.
8: Work with e-marketing team to define the market roll-out strategy, promote e-commerce business channel to consumers.
Work with e-marketing team to plan online marketing events and promotions, attract new consumers and develop consumer loyalty.
