Responsibilities:

1. To provide high quality audit services to the company, under the overall direction of audit incharge manager. To support audit in charge manager/department head when required.

2. To execute the audit plan in professional manners with high quality deliverables. To apply audit methodologies and follow internal audit policies and standards.

3. To report audit findings and provide recommendations to the audit incharge managers. To liaise with other risk management departments to ensure the reasonableness and cost-effectiveness of action plans and target dates.

4. To assist audit incharge manger/department head to prepare audit reports, documents and presentations to management and Audit Committee.

5. To ensure all audit findings and recommendations are implemented on target completion date and to escalate any significant concerns.

6. To perform special reviews and ad hoc investigations as required.

7. To assist the head maintain relationship with local regulator.



Requirements:

1. Education - Bachlor degree or above, finance background;

2. Experience -above 4 years of experience, big 4 experience is preferred.

3. Certifications/licenses - CPA, CIA preferred

4. Special skills -Ability to work in a complex environment under general direction. A sound knowledge of Audit and Accounting concepts necessary. Working experience in insurance or other finance industry is a plus.

5. Strong communication and language skills (in both written & spoken English and Chinese). Good business senses, analytical and presentation skills. Willing to travel (around 50% of travelling is expected)
