Job Duties
Provide commissioning, Pre-installation, Installation, testing and instrument maintenance service for customer.
Provide troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems during instrument running for customer
Establish and maintain good relationship with customer and support develop future business. Get deal with customer by service contract
Research and evaluate and upgrade instrument for customer
Monitor and resolve problem for customer’s instrument
Give customer basic training of operation and application
Do QC and refurbishment job
Provide technical training to distributor service engineer and monitor their service
Requirement
University (degree)
Minimum 3 years servicing of clinical Diagnostic and/or Life Science instruments
