Responsibilities:

I. General aspects:
1. Responsibility to strictly follow all applicable regulations, obligations and laws (may it be from the authorities, the headquarter or other state and/or regulatory bodies) for both areas
2. Develop, improve and organize the FI and CO Team
3. Ensure and support the strategic and operational development of the FI, CO and all other areas
4. Ensure the operational functionality of the FI and CO department
5. Act as a supporter for process development and constant process improvement
6. Generate the optimum benefit for the department as well as for the company
7. Responsibility to set up a team for both areas which can follow/execute all requirements, actively improve and manage their areas and maintain efficient processes and procedures
8. Responsibility to report and follow the requirement from to the CEO and the HQ at any time
9. Ability and responsibility to communicate and interact with a wide range of external partners (banks, auditors, etc.) in a representative way
10. Right and Responsibility to efficiently delegate and supervise operational tasks up to his/her requirements
11. Efficiently and openly communicate with all internal departments and partners

II. Finance:
1. Responsibility to follow tax and PRC regulations
2. Responsibility to follow IFRS regulations and guarantee compliance with HQ regulations
3. Responsibility to set-up the processes and actively manage as well as improve and delegate all relevant tasks and parts of the FI area (Treasury, Risk Management, Banking, Taxation, Accounting, Investplanning, etc.) and prevent potential risks as good as possible
4. Responsibility to actively manage and ensure the success of all kinds of audits (Tax, FI, etc.)
5. Define and constantly improve FI guidelines and job descriptions

III. Controlling:
1. Responsibility to follow and set up the tools as well as the reporting required by the HQ
2. Responsibility to actively develop a reporting concept and system that satisfies the internal requirements and needs of company
3. Responsibility to actively manage and control the correctness and accuracy of existing business processes and regulations
4. Responsibility to act as a supporter and sparring partner for relevant managers, the HQ as well as for the CEO
5. Responsibility to perform, control, overview and improve all relevant CO areas (Calculations, External reporting, Internal Reporting, Production Controlling, etc.)
6. Define and constantly improve CO guidelines and job descriptions

10. Experience as a FI/CO Manager (at least 2 years)
11. Professional experience in FI/CO (at least 5 years)
12. University degree in business studies or other related areas - specialization FI / CO
13. Advanced skills in setting up and developing needed tools, procedures and environment
14. Good IFRS knowledge required
15. Experience and knowledge in Risk Management, Treasury and Banking
16. "Hands-On" mentality
17. Wide range of cross functional experience and interest for new professional challenges
18. Knowledge in Chinese PRC GAAP and tax law preferred
19. Very good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
