KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the team fully understand that safety is the key aspect of our product and it is core value of our company.
- Prepare the product development plan and cost estimations plan. Coordinate the human resource request with functional managers and directors.
- Work with other product managers on resource sharing and common features reusing.
- Converts customer requirements into conceptual designs and prepares associated documentation by performing operational analyses, simulations and technical trade-off studies evaluating alternative design configurations and functional features.
- Maintain and improve the R&D processes and procedures. Ensure the team understand and follow the processes and procedures.
- Make key technical decisions during product development.
- Ensure the schedule and quality targets are met.
- Follow up and introduce new technologies into products, to improve the performance, save cost and satisfy customer needs.
- Work with sales and strategy department; propose technical suggestions and solutions based on products.
- Presents technical design proposals and reports to customers and/or other engineering/management groups in clear, complete, concise and non-ambiguous terms.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Signaling system and CBTC system principles, automatic control and optimization algorithm.
- System and software engineering, modeling. Modular design principle, product line engineering, Railway system and safety standards.
- More than 4 years design/projects deployment experiences in signaling and CBTC system development and application, familiar with related standards and mainsteam systems architectures/principles, development procedures and system/software engineering.
- Electronic product hardware and embedded software.
- More than 2 years' team leader, people manager experiences or project management experiences, work package management experiences.
- Computer interlocking, ATP/ATO, ATS, automatic control and optimization algorithms, electronic and electric circuits design, operating system, C/C++ programming, ARM, DSP, FPGA, interface RS232/RS422/RS485/CAN bus/MVB transceivers, sensor signals processing.?
- Inspiring communication and negotiation skill.
