2. Contract period: 1-year (extend labor contract depends on performance)

Duties & Responsibilities
? In charge of payment for leasing and project related;
? Be responsible for contract and maintaining files management ;
? Be responsible for Facility maintenance follow up;
? Supporting reports by collecting and tracking operation data, such as expense and office leasing status;
? Follow up small restacking & moving project.
? Others assigned by manager.

? Accuracy and on time delivery on report and payment
技能要求/ Skills and Qualifications Required:
? University diploma/degree preferred;
? Good in reading & written English;
? 1-2 years office management experience prefer; or willing to develop in facilities admin function;
? Good interpersonal and communication skills, mange relationships and diversity
? Attention to detail, pro-active, responsible and independent
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure; multi-tasking; Adherence to deadlines with accuracy
? Good in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
