工作职责：
1. Assist appropriate guidance and training to the staff of the department to ensure that they are properly trained to carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the required standards
2. Assist in the development, implementation and improvement of the quality management mechanism and its related processes, SOP to ensure the smooth operation of quality activities.
3. Assist the quality targets and measures for product development projects, and carry out necessary product testing to ensure that the suppliers conform to the company’s required standards.
4. Collect and analyze data and information relating to customer complaints and product defects, provide corrective and preventive measures to R&D departments to ensure the perfect achievement of customer satisfaction.
5. Provide advice and countermeasures to the company regarding the quality issues to ensure these quality issues can be effectively managed in compliant with the statutory requirements.
6. Arrange inspection schedule with supplier.
7. Follow repair work schedule under request customer and related department.
任职资格：
1. University degree or above. Academic studies related to quality management, statistics or process control will be an advantage.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area, with at least 2 years experience in a managerial level.
3. Working experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
