Cashier and Administrative assistant

An Italian company, with operation across the globe and a stable organization in China, is now looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

Manage internal and external communication by answering phone calls, receive and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage and process all incoming & outgoing mail/express mail/parcels/Newspapers & Magazines and make sure the Newspapers and Magazines are delivered on time
Act as main liaison for the maintenance of office equipment
Act as main liaison with the Building Management and other suppliers
Assist periodically with collection of data, development of documentation and preparation of related business documents
Act as main liaison with overseas HQ
Assist with other duties as assigned

Cashier:

First record of the expenses;
Bank and cash daily payments;
Holding of the cash on hand;
Verify the authenticity of the accounting documents received by the Company;
Keep the accounting materials in a orderly and safe condition;
Invoices purchase, issuance and verification;
Review incoming invoices (rent, utilities, phones, internet, stationary, etc.), prepare & handle all payment requests for the office on a monthly basis accordingly
Review the staff reimbursement applications
Delivering to the tax bureau the tax declarations (when necessary).
Other duties assigned by the manager.


Critical Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor degree of office administration / accounting, or other related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Foreign Enterprises, especially in an accounting/financial department preferred.
With accountant certificate valid in Shanghai would be preferred but not a must.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Flexibility to work in a small environment, self-motivated person with high sense of responsibility
Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented
Strong problem solving skills and proactive attitude
Good at PC software, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.


财务方面:
1、负责日常公司收支,现金报销等日常银行日记账及相关记帐凭证记录;
2、负责收集、审核并整理原始凭证,保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性;
3、负责公司银行及现金结算及网银操作业务;
4、熟悉银行外汇收、付汇结算、申报业务;
5、熟悉增值税发票的开具业务,按时按期开具增值税发票及负责各类增值税发票的认证、购买、归集及申报工作,以及其他相关业务;
6、负责月度的抄报税工作;
7、保存、归档财务相关资料;
8、准备税务机关等部门的审查材料;


人事行政方面
1、 本职位将要求兼顾一些办公室日常行政后勤工作;
2、 协助人事招聘;
3、 负责公司员工入职及离职手续办理,审核员工合同签订;
4、 负责考核公司员工出勤、休假情况并制作相应报告;

任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,具备一定的英语读写能力;
2、有一定财务及行政管理工作经验优先;
3、熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件;
5、工作认真,态度端正;
