职位描述
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Organize, coordinate and carry out regular safety checks and safety audits in all production plants in ZJG.
? Consult and support production plants.
? Organize and carry safety training for staff.
? Paricipate in production plant meeting as required.
? Apply and improve gradually the construction safety regulation.
? Ensure that findings of safety checks are orally and by email communicated in English and follow-up all corrective actions.
? Development of regulation "plants checks on site ZJG".
QUALIFICATION and SKILLS:
? Good safety knowledge regarding construction site organization, training, PPE, safe tools and equipment, hot work, electricity, lifting equipment etc.
? 3 years or above in Chinese college, majored in engineering, safety related disciplines, EHS or one of the equivalent. A lower education is also acceptable if the candidate shows profound knowledge on above mentioned skills
? Experienced person with at least 5 years relevant experience. Good standing in difficult discussions with plant staff.
? Self - motivated and team player.
? Good written English, sufficient skills to follow oral English communication.
? Familiar with local safety regulations, standards and technologies.
? Strong knowledge of fire prevention, explosion and chemical management as well as occupational safety and health
