职位描述：

1. 制定、策划网站SEO优化思路和方案，持续提升公司网站在搜索引擎的自然排名；

2. 监测、整理、分析公司网站流量、排名、收录等数据，并给到优化建议；

3. 负责项目及优化工作的内外沟通和实施跟进；

4. 监控、分析竞争对手优化动作，策划相应优化对策；

5. 能完成领导交付的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，电子商务、互联网或计算机相关专业优先；

2. 1-2年相关岗位工作经验，有网站优化工作经验者优先；

3. 熟悉、研究各类搜索引擎的工作原理及算法；

4. 需要有良好的表达和沟通能力，组织协调能力强；

5. 需要有规划和数据报告分析能力；

6. 熟悉使用各类SEO工具，头脑敏捷，有一定策划和编辑能力，能协助完成项目的策划和执行工作；

7. 熟悉各类office软件的操作和应用；

8. 有项目策划类工作经验及搜索引擎优化方面经验者优先。
