职位描述：

Job Responsibilities
- Take responsibility of corporate administration services
- Manage admin budget plan and spend, and be in charge of office supplies
- In charge of Subscription, registration and sending of magazine & newspaper.
- In charge of the supply of admin consumables
- Define and improve the policy on company administration management, complete the setup of administration system, as well as set and implement the administration process
- Take responsibility of fix assets management, corporate vehicle management, fire control management, access control management and office environment management
- Receive well Corporate visitors to meet the requirements from superiors
- Be responsible for coaching admin team, including work planning, working assignation, and target setting, as well as performance appraisal
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior, and report the progress in time

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above, at least 8 years relevant working experience, and at least 5 years experience on administration management role
- Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills
- Good command of English on reading, writing and listening
- Good knowledge of MS office

岗位职责
- 负责公司的行政后勤服务。
- 控制行政费用预算和支出，做好办公用品的供应，保管和发放。
- 负责报纸杂志的订阅发放及各种邮件的接收、保管、登记、发送等工作。
- 负责低值易耗品的购置、保管、发放及核销等全过程的手续管理。
- 负责公司行政制度的拟定和实施, 负责组织公司通用管理标准及规章制度的拟定、修改和编写。
- 负责公司固定资产，车辆,消防,门禁和办公环境管理。
- 根据领导要求，做好公司来宾的接待工作。
- 负责行政团队的人员管理，包括工作计划、工作分配、目标设置和绩效考核。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作，并及时反馈执行情况。

岗位要求
- 大学本科以上学历，至少八年相关工作经验，五年以上行政管理经验
- 出色的沟通能力、组织能力和内外部协调能力
- 英语读写听流利
- 熟练运用计算机办公软件
