Job Title: Sales Manager-Chemical products销售经理（化工类产品）

Job Location: Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province

About our client:
Fortune top 500, European company, chemical products, growing business in China mainland region.

Mission:

1. Responsible for directing the activities of sales representatives in China;

2. Has superior knowledge of the organization, the business and sales strategies;

3. Develops the sales strategy and staffing model;

4. Establishes sales quotas and budgets;

5. Maintain the key client relationships;

6. Manages and trains key account managers and sales engineers.

The Successful Applicant:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Over 8 years working experience in chemical products sales management function in multinational companies, at least 3 years of sales team leading and encouraging role, automotive related products sales management experience also welcome;

3. Result-oriented, passionate, never give up, demonstrated strong representation and communication skills;

4. Good learning capability and team work spirit;

5. Willing to travel in China mainland region;

6. Good English ability (spoken and written);

7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
