- Support Healthcare China internal/external finanical audits under supervision including:
- quarterly PBC list preparation;
- annual IFRS and HBI audit support for SLC&SITL;
- Technical advices for OC HBI audit when necessary;
- Follow-up actions for audit findings if any (fully responsible for SLC & SITL part with monitoring function for OC part);
- Support Healthcare China to complete annual RIC 'in control' report including:
- PCMB analysis for SLC, monthly update for PCMB change log, provide sufficient training to CRCs and independent assessor, supervised OC RICCO to complete OC RIC report;
- Follow-up for deficiencies identified through annual assessment;
- Identify the material control process for Healthcare Sector. Preparation the key control process with suggested testing procedure for Annex 2 & 3.
- Communication channel among control owner and SoA tester;
- Remediation proposal for deficiency identified if any.
- OR report follow-up including:
- efficient communication with OR team and control owner;
- evidence collection with quality check required;
- status monthly report preparation per project;
- Special project support if required
- Guideline update/review information collection, preparation and training
