 JOB PURPOSE

• Help the Maintenance Managers of each plant to build a performance-oriented maintenance in order to optimize the maintenance costs and the equipment availability, in compliance with WCM methodology.
• Maintain COSWIN maintenance management system operational and up-to-date, according to equipment modifications
• Align COSWIN usage and maintenance practices with Xuzhou site
• Administrate COSWIN maintenance management system

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performance-oriented maintenance

• Follow up 100% of the maintenance activities in COSWIN in order to be able to calculate technical KPI (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, completion ratio …) and to track the costs (manpower, spare parts, services)
• Define and maintain the maintenance strategy with each maintenance manager
• Define and maintain the work order work flow
• Analyze work order data monthly, help each plant to define and produce a report and to improve
• Participate in the 5whys analyses and help each plant to find solution. Define workflow to update preventive maintenance plan if appropriate.
• Establish the repetitive breakdown analysis system and reports from COSWIN
• Implement quality records for the maintenance work, KPI and propose solutions to improve
• Define manpower follow-up to help each plant to understand where the resources are used and to optimize the usage of our resources
• Establish or continue preventive maintenance system based on COSWIN with the objective to change from unplanned corrective maintenance to planned preventive maintenance as much as possible. Follow KPI.
• Plan, direct and control the preventive maintenance activities of each plant to meet the objectives. Set the preventive maintenance plans for each equipment (yearly, season, monthly plan and weekly plans). Track execution progress.
• Organize periodic review of the preventive maintenance to find the optimum between maintenance cost and equipment availability. Define action plans for improvement. Monitor the progress of the implementation of the action plan. Make decisions to stay on the right track

?2. Documentation:

• Define an organization for equipment documentation management using COSWIN or not (drawings, manuals, datasheets, …)
• Define management rules and implement them.

 

3. Alignment of COSWIN usage and maintenance practices with Xuzhou site:

• Have regular contact with COSWIN administrator to share
• Benchmark maintenance practices with Xuzhou site
• Identify differences between MAS site and XZ site and report
• Share and align COSWIN usage with Xuzhou site

 

4. Audit each plant to make sure that the processes defined are well implemented

 

5. COSWIN administration:

• Ensure that the meter data is input in COSWIN for KPI calculation
• Maintain the list of users and their rights according their activity in COSWIN
• Coordinate support for all COSWIN users by answering questions directly or getting support from the vendor
• Monitor support activity by reporting bugs and problems met by end-users (in common with Xuzhou site)
• Ensure the COSWIN Administrator End-User guide is updated on regular basis (ensure alignment with Xuzhou site)
• Ensure the COSWIN Support Contact file is updated each time a new contact to Siveco China Support requires it (ensure alignment with Xuzhou site)
• Ensure COSWIN Diagram complies with the need of the end-users
• Participate in the creation of training material related to COSWIN (in common with Xuzhou site)
• Train COSWIN users
• Participate in all development and improvement project of COSWIN
• Create crystal report to extract information recorded in COSWIN

 

6. Company asset management facilitator

• Acquire and record assets information of each plant
• Formalize the result of maintenance management through maintenance report and report them to central maintenance performance manager
• Organize assets management periodic meeting to evaluate the data system of assets; collect request of modification plan and report to central maintenance performance manager.
• Supervise the deployment of fix assets planning, check the status of fix assets management and realize the objective of fix assets management. Follow up the execution of maintenance plan of each plant
• Support; promote and ensure that assets management deployment has been carried by each plant and allocate resource for the facilitation. Drive all initiatives to continue improvement of assets management and maintenance practice.

 

7. Enforce company rules and expectations including but not limited to equipment safety, efficiency, productivity targets and teamwork

 

8. Develop teamwork and involvement within the work team. Conduct communication meetings to share information and to gain involvement and input on issues

• University degree or above
• 5 years or more experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of WCM Reliability Pillar
• Good communication skills and teamwork, ability to work in horizontal organizations
• Good English level
• Good leadership to promote change in maintenance management
• Computer proficiency to satisfy job duties (knowledge of COSWIN, Crystal Report and SQL)
